The “ritual woman” of the group
Kait had never hosted a formal ceremony before being asked to lead a baby blessing for a close friend, but her friends had always known her as the “ritual woman” of the group.
What she witnessed that day changed her: a mother who felt truly held and far less alone in her pregnancy because her community gathered intentionally around her.
That experience led her to start holding ceremonies for other major life moments, starting with bridal ceremonies and parent ceremonies during wedding weekends, which became some of the most emotional, talked about parts of those weekends.
One groom’s mother told her, “this is the best gift you could’ve given me, better than any material possession.” A bride told her the ceremony was “up there with our actual wedding vows.”
Kait’s mission is to follow the thread of love woven through every big life moment, and to help people slow down enough to truly feel how loved they are.
